Embrey Mill is located right off Interstate 94 in Stafford, Virginia. It has become very popular with military families as it is a short commute to Quantico. In fact, Embrey Mill’s home builders offer incentives for military members who move there.

The community is also developing Cascades at Embrey Mill, which offers homes and amenities specifically designed for older adults. They are currently building the private Cascade Club, which will feature a meeting room, game room, and yoga room.
