If you’re in the market for a townhome, Charlestown Townhouses in West Springfield is worth a look. The drive to the Pentagon from this area of town is about 20 minutes depending on traffic. These are brick townhomes with three bedrooms and over 2,000 square feet of living space, and prices start in the $500’s. Newington Forest is yet another lovely townhome community in Springfield. Nestled in the southwest corner of the city, these homes are more reasonably priced, starting in the high-300’s.
