Augustine North is set back in a quiet area just down the street from several public schools and all of the shopping that Embrey Mill Town Center has to offer. Augustine North is an upscale community of about 400 homes, and it’s surrounded by the popular Augustine Golf Course. The homes were built in the early 2000's and have as much as 7,000 square feet of living space and five or more bedrooms and four or more bathrooms. In terms of amenities, the neighborhood offers a community center, pool, tennis courts, and more. The HOA dues are about $100 per month, so this is something for new homeowners to factor into their budgets.
