Woodstream is situated in a quiet area of northern Stafford County just minutes from access to I95 and Route 1. Ft. Belvoir and areas such as Fairfax, Alexandria, Manassas, Bristow, and Springfield are about 40 minutes or less by car. And if you happen to be stationed at Quantico, the drive is only 10 minutes.
One of the neighborhood’s biggest perks is its proximity to the Staffordboro Commuter Parking Lot. If you have someone to carpool with, the lot is just around the corner from the entrance to the community - you can even walk or ride your bike there when it’s not your turn to drive!

Woodstream is a newer community, as the homes were built between 2007 and 2016. The neighborhood consists of 495 homes, and is a mix of single-family homes, three-story townhomes, and large duplexes.

And, these duplexes are sizable, with 5 or 6 bedrooms and up to 4200 square feet of living space per unit. The townhomes in Woodstream are also a great option, and a more affordable one. Most are priced in the mid-$300’s. They range in size from 1,200 and 2,100 square feet with between three- to four-bedrooms and bathrooms, with rec rooms and modern features.

The Woodstream HOA takes pride in being recognized as a well-managed community. With a clubhouse, community pool, playgrounds, and basketball courts, there are plenty of activities for residents to enjoy.
